CYTOMEL 0,25MCG 100 TABLETS
Triiodothyronine, also known as T3, is a thyroid hormone that greatly affects almost all of the body's physiological processes, including growth and development, metabolism, body temperature, and heart rate.
This hormone is involved in many cellular functions, including carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism. When an individual no longer produces enough of this hormone on his own, as when he suffers from hypothyroidism, the metabolism does not work properly. When suffering from hypothyroidism, the individual will find that increasing body fat is very common and fat loss becomes extremely difficult. The individual also often experiences energy loss and even hair loss in some cases. By supplementing with T3, this provides the body with the thyroid hormone it needs and the problem is solved.
In general, only a low dose of T3 is needed to treat hypothyroidism. This will not necessarily promote further fat loss, but it should return the metabolism to its proper function. However, many performance-enhancing athletes enjoy using triiodothyronine to actually improve direct fat loss. The use of triiodothyronine in conjunction with a calorie restricted diet will promote significant and accelerated fat loss. While effective, this type of use generally cannot be recommended without the use of anabolic steroids. Due to the necessarily higher doses needed to promote greater fat loss and the depletion of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), this can promote the loss of lean tissue. The body will take what it needs from wherever it does to meet its energy demands. For this reason, an anabolic protector is normally recommended when supplemented with T3 for this purpose.
Before taking this medication, we recommend that you perform a blood test and check your TSH, T4, T3 sera.
It is also important to note that a cycle should not last more than 6 weeks and should never be stopped abruptly. As slowly as the dose is increased, it should also be reduced, 15-25 mg every 3-4 days.
